Running challenges your body and mind - with the right tools, you can move more efficiently, recover faster and build lasting strength.


In this Yoga for Runners Workshop, we’ll explore how yoga can improve flexibility, prevent injuries and strengthen the stabilizing muscles that keep you running strong. You’ll learn how breathwork can enhance endurance, how mindfulness can get you through tough miles and how yoga can support your body through every stride.


What to Expect

Whether you’re a weekend trail runner, a seasoned marathoner or just getting started, this workshop is for you. Come move and breathe in community, and learn how to support your running through yoga.


No previous experience with yoga is necessary.
