Join us Sunday, January 26th for an immersive wellness experience designed to reconnect you with nature and restore your sense of flow. FLOW/FLOW blends intentional yoga, guided meditation, and hot/cold/rest thermic cycles, all set against the stunning backdrop of Bend’s natural beauty. Release stress, reset your nervous system, and prepare for the week ahead.
Wildland Guiding Company and Gather Sauna House share a vision of reconnecting people with nature for healing and growth. Together, we’ve designed this experience to help you find balance, clarity, and a deeper connection to yourself.

What to Expect
Yoga Flow: Begin with a grounding yoga session designed to help you awaken the body, connect with the breath and center the mind. This portion of the workshop is about creating a sense of ease in body and mind, preparing for the thermal cycles to come.
Sauna Meditation: Transition to the warmth of the sauna for a guided meditation that encourages stillness, presence, and inner focus. The heat and steam naturally bring the body into the moment, creating the perfect environment for mental clarity and emotional integration.
Cold Plunge: Follow your sauna session with an invigorating and revitalizing cold plunge in the Deschutes River. This practice invites participants to embrace the present moment and the breath.
Rest and Repeat: Take a moment to rest in between sauna/cold plunge sessions, letting your experience wash over you. This is a time for stillness, relaxation, and deep connection with self, community and nature. Repeat the hot/cold/rest thermic cycles one to two more times, as time allows.

Practical
Investment $46 per person. Includes outdoor yoga mat, yoga props, 30 minute yoga session, 70 minute sauna access, guided meditation, facilitated hot/cold/rest thermic cycles, herbal infused water, outdoor relaxation lounge, post-sauna wildcrafted skincare. Importation session information (what to bring, etc.) will be sent out in a confirmation email after you reserve your spot.
