This retreat is designed to help you practice in the real world, not removed from it. We focus on integrating practices that build resilience in both the body and mind, allowing you to navigate life's challenges with a new perspective.
What You'll Experience
- Yoga Sessions: Our experienced yoga instructor will guide you through sequences that create space in both the body and mind.
- Guided Meditations: Both seated and walking meditations will be integrated into the retreat to ground you in the present moment. These practices are designed to help you practice mindfulness and presence in every moment.
- Breathwork: Learn breathwork techniques that will help you manage stress and anxiety, creating a calm and focused mind even in the face of challenges.
- Hot/Cold Contrast Therapy: Build resilience with our hot springs and cold plunge baths, retraining your nervous system while helping you build strength and adaptability.
Our Retreat Themes
- Practicing in the Real World, Not Removed from It. We believe that true transformation happens when you apply mindfulness and resilience in everyday situations. During this retreat, you will explore how to bring these teachings into your life, making them a part of how you respond to stress, conflict, and anxiety.
- Create Space for New Perspectives. You'll have the opportunity to identify areas in your life where you feel stuck or anxious. Through guided exercises and personal reflection, you'll learn how to reframe these challenges and make empowered decisions.
- Building Resilience in the Body and Mind. Our practices will guide you in retraining your nervous system to handle stress and conflict with strength. You'll leave with tools that help you remain calm and centered, no matter what life throws your way.
