Yoga for Endurance, Injury Prevention & Recovery

Long hours on your bike can take a toll on your body - tight hips, sore backs, and stiff shoulders are all too common. But with the right movement, you can ride stronger, recover quicker, and stay in the saddle longer.


In this Stretch & Strength for Cyclists Workshop, you'll learn how to improve flexibility, prevent common cycling injuries and strengthen the stabilizing muscles that keep you riding strong. We'll also explore breathwork techniques to support sustained effort and mental focus - whether you're climbing hills, grinding gravel or riding long-distance.


For this workshop we are partnering with Chariot Bike, a woman-owned bike shop founded by local rider and mechanic Julia Sparks. Julia is passionate about making cycling more accessible, inclusive, and welcoming for everyone. With a focus on community and connection, Chariot Bike offers expert repairs, gear, and support for riders of all levels. We're proud to partner with Chariot Bike for this special workshop!
