Yoga for Endurance, Injury Prevention & Recovery


Running challenges your body and mind - with the right tools, you can move more efficiently, recover faster and build lasting strength.


In this Stretch & Strength for Runners Workshop, you'll learn how to improve flexibility, prevent injuries and strengthen the stabilizing muscles that keep you running strong. We'll also introduce breathwork techniques to enhance endurance and mental strategies to push through tough miles.

Whether you’re a weekend trail runner, a seasoned marathoner or just getting started, this workshop is for you. No previous experience with yoga is necessary. If you have any questions don't hesitate to reach out!


What to Bring


  • A yoga mat (option to rent if you don’t have one)

  • A pen or pencil for taking notes
