End your day with intention and awe in one of Oregon’s most iconic landscapes. This all-levels sunset yoga session offers the opportunity to slow down, breathe deeply, and move mindfully - surrounded by the golden glow of Smith Rock’s high desert cliffs. In this class, you’ll be guided through a grounding yoga practice designed to release tension and connect you with the beauty of the natural world. All are invited to stay after class to connect with community over a N/A beverage and soak up the setting sun.

Whether you’re a practiced yogi or just getting on your mat, this class is designed to meet you where you are. Reconnect with your breath, your body, and the land.

Practical

Includes outdoor yoga mat, yoga props, one N/A beverage and unique outdoor yoga experience. We use high-quality Manduka mats for our classes; the mats are thick, cushioned and slip-resistant to handle an outdoor class. Does not include transportation to Smith Rock State Park or Oregon State Park parking pass.

Smith Rock State Park is approximately 45 minutes from Bend, Oregon by car. Details with important event information (exact meeting location, what to bring, reminders) will be sent out to attendees after booking. Please review our Cancellation, Refund and No-Show Policy before booking.
