Cancellation Policy

Cancellation, Refund and No-Show Policy Booking Minimums Our day tours, events and workshops require a minimum of four bookings to operate and our multi-day tours and retreats require a minimum of five bookings to operate. Wildland Guiding Company reserves the right to change or cancel bookings for which the minimum booking numbers have not been met. If the above minimums have not been met we will contact you to reschedule or cancel the tour, retreat, event or workshop. Weather Conditions Tours, retreats, events and workshops run regardless of weather conditions. There will be no refunds for cancellations due to weather conditions. In the event of weather conditions hazardous to participant and staff safety (hazardous storms, hazardous levels of smoke, etc.) we will cancel the tour, retreat, event or workshop. If we cancel your tour, retreat, event or workshop you can use your payment toward another tour, retreat, event or workshop. There will be no refunds for cancellations due hazardous or unsafe weather conditions. Day Tours Cancellations for day tours can be made up to 48 hours before the tour start time for a refund. If you cancel your tour 48 hours before the tour start time you will receive a refund minus 10% of the tour cost for processing. Cancellations, rescheduling or a decrease in number of participants within 48 hours of the tour start time will not be refunded. No-shows will not be refunded. Multi-Day Tours and Retreats Cancellations for multi-day tours and retreats can be made up to four weeks before the tour or retreat date for a refund. If you cancel your tour or retreat four weeks before the tour or retreat start date you will receive a refund minus 10% of the tour or retreat cost for processing. Cancellations, rescheduling or a decrease in number of participants within four weeks of the tour or retreat start date will not be refunded. No-shows will not be refunded. Events and Workshops All sales are final for events and workshops. There will be no refunds for cancellations or no-shows. Private Customized Tours Cancellations for private tours can be made up to four weeks before the tour date for a refund. If you cancel your tour four weeks before the tour start date you will receive a refund minus 10% of the tour cost for processing. Cancellations, rescheduling or decreased number of participants within four weeks of the tour start date will not be refunded. No-shows will not be refunded.
