Avery Smith

Hi, I’m Avery. Through breathwork and somatic healing, I guide you back to your true essence—supporting you in gently releasing old patterns and reconnecting with the wisdom of your body. My approach is trauma-informed and heart-led, creating a safe, supportive space to explore themes like trust, safety, self-expression, and aligned action. Together, we listen for what’s true beneath the surface and honor your body’s natural intelligence every step of the way. Whether you're seeking expansion, clarity, or a deeper connection with yourself, my work invites you to come home to your body—and to the truth of who you are.

Hayley Salyers

I fell in love with yoga as a teenager who was struggling with her mental health, and ever since, it’s been a grounding force in my life. Yoga is something I’ve always found myself returning to. As a mom and an outdoor enthusiast, I find my happiest moments hiking through the trees and dipping into fresh waters. I always am finding myself needing to step into the wilderness just to get away and for a breath of fresh air(quite literally). This retreat is a reflection of that joy—a day to move, breathe, and reconnect with nature. I can’t wait to share this experience with you!

Emily Tighe

Hi, I’m Emily, an adventure-loving soul based in Bend, Oregon, with a passion for helping people connect to nature, themselves, and each other. I created Do Yoga Outside to blend my love of the outdoors with movement, creativity, and community. Whether I’m leading a yoga session on a mountain, guiding a bachelorette hike through stunning landscapes, or hosting an art-in-nature retreat, my goal is to create experiences that leave you feeling grounded, inspired, and more alive than ever.

Khyra Wilhelm

Hi, I'm Khyra. I spent about a decade living in France before moving back home to Bend, Oregon, where I grew up. That decision was about coming home - to my language, my partner, my family, and my most grounded, authentic self. In the same way that I found my way back to myself through community connection and the outdoors, I help guide you back to the core of who you are. With certifications in vinyasa, restorative, and trauma-informed yoga, I hold space for you to reconnect to your own authentic self through movement, mindfulness and self-compassion practices, all grounded in the outdoors. When I'm not teaching you'll find me exploring the outdoors, hiking, backpacking, biking, climbing, paddleboarding, skiing, and soaking in all of the natural beauty that Bend has to offer. I can't wait to share this experience of coming home - with you.
